Symptoms
The injection molding machine reports a holding pressure anomaly. The pack or hold pressure is not maintaining the setpoint.
Possible Causes
- Pressure sensor calibration drift
- Hydraulic valve response lag
- Check ring valve seat worn allowing backflow

- Step 1: Verify the pressure sensor reading against a reference

Valve responds promptly - Step 3: Inspect the check ring valve for wear

How to Reset
To reset: Restore correct holding pressure, then clear the alarm.
