Symptoms
The injection molding machine reports a mold cooling water flow fault. The mold cooling water flow is below the minimum.
Possible Causes
- Cooling water pump failure or low flow
- Mold cooling channel blocked
- Cooling water supply valve partially closed
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Check the cooling water pump operation
Pump delivers the required flow - Step 2: Inspect mold cooling channels for blockage
Channels are clear - Step 3: Verify the cooling water supply valve position
Valve is fully open
How to Reset
To reset: Restore cooling water flow, then clear the alarm.
