Symptoms
The injection molding machine reports a back pressure anomaly. The screw back pressure is outside the set range.
Possible Causes
- Back pressure valve miscalibrated
- Pressure sensor drift
- Check ring valve seat worn

Valve is set to the correct pressure - Step 2: Check the pressure sensor calibration
Sensor reads accurately - Step 3: Inspect the check ring valve seat
Seat is intact without leakage
How to Reset
To reset: Restore correct back pressure, then clear the alarm.
