Symptoms
The packaging line reports a guide rail misalignment. A container guide rail is out of position, causing product flow issues.
Possible Causes
- Guide rail knocked out of position by product impact
- Guide rail mounting bolt loose or missing
- Guide rail worn or damaged from extended use
Troubleshooting Steps
- Step 1: Inspect the guide rail position against the container size
Rail is positioned correctly for the container - Step 2: Tighten or replace loose mounting hardware
All mounting bolts are secure - Step 3: Replace worn or damaged guide rail sections
New guide rails are installed and aligned
How to Reset
To reset: Adjust the guide rail to correct position, then clear the alarm.
